Rhizobacteria are a group of rhizosphere bacteria that lives in the soil around plant roots. The halotolerant live saline can colonize plant's presence root exudates. association rhizobacteria and roots promote growth resistance to leaf blight disease attacks rice through production IAA phytohormones at stimulate induction systemic plant. This research aims examine effect indigenous inoculation on paddy yield obtain isolates effectively increase reduce development high salinity conditions. was conducted Agronomy Horticulture Laboratory, Bacteriology Screen House Experimental Farm, Faculty Agriculture UNSOED March – June 2021. study applied single-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 9 treatment levels repeated 3 times. treatments were tested this included control, control Xoo infection, JA1, JB1, JB2, JD1, JE1, R08, R011 infected AB Mix liquid medium content (EC) 5.5 dS.m-1. Inoculation able (Inpari Unsoed 79 Agritan) biomass, total length, area, chlorophyll content, net assimilation rate (NAR), number tillers, height respectively by 142.5%, 106.9%, 68.2%, 34.3%, 64.7%, 61.7%, 23.7%. yields grain weight per clump, 1000 seeds, harvest index 47.5%, 10%, 18,5%. In addition, voidness 15% suppress intensity 12.4%.
